Using Memonofy
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of content you save or share, and maintaining access to your sign-in email. Do not use Memonofy to violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or the safety of another person.
Reminders and locations
Notifications, GPS readings, maps, and directions can be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate because of device, operating-system, network, or map-provider behavior. Do not rely on Memonofy for emergencies, safety-critical navigation, medical treatment, or other high-risk activity.
Shared content
Share only with people and groups you trust. Group owners and moderators may manage content and membership according to group rules. Public community features will receive additional terms before launch.
Themes and purchases
Theme Store products and paid subscriptions are planned but not yet offered under these preview terms. Final pricing, restoration, cancellation, refund, platform billing, and licensing terms will be published before payment is enabled.
Your content
You retain rights to content you create. You authorize Memonofy and its infrastructure providers to process it only as needed to operate, secure, synchronize, and deliver the features you request.
Service changes
Private-test functionality may change and test data may require migration. Material production changes will be communicated through updated terms or in-product notices.
