Delete your account

Memonofy provides an authenticated deletion flow so another person cannot delete your account using only your email address.

Delete inside Memonofy

  1. Open Memonofy and sign in.
  2. Open your account/profile panel.
  3. Select Delete account permanently.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm.

What is deleted

The flow removes the authentication account and account-owned cloud records through database cascade rules, then removes uploaded place photos. Local downloaded data on the active device is also removed.

Shared information

Account-owned groups and sent shared items are removed under the current data model. Lightweight operational records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or documented backup expiry.
