Local-only use
You can use core personal capture features without an account. Local tasks, memos, place coordinates, photos, settings, and reminders stay on that device unless you choose to sign in and synchronize.
Account and cloud data
When you create an account, Memonofy processes your email address, public display name, account settings, tasks, memos, saved places, reminder times, uploaded photos, friends, groups, shared content, reactions, and completion activity. Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, and realtime infrastructure.
Location and photos
Location is requested only for features such as saving your current place or nearby experiences. Photos are selected or captured when you choose. Operating-system permissions can be changed in device settings.
Sharing
Content shared with a friend or group is visible to the intended participants. Public group discovery is a future feature and will require separate visibility controls. Memonofy does not expose account email addresses in people search.
Retention and deletion
You can choose how long completed personal captures remain active. Deleted private captures move through the documented Trash period. You can permanently delete your account inside Memonofy or follow the instructions on the account deletion page.
Security
Memonofy uses authenticated sessions and Supabase Row Level Security to restrict cloud records. No internet service can promise absolute security, so report suspected account misuse promptly.
